Shea worked with Ryan Companies to update and reposition 7500 Flying Cloud Drive in Eden Prairie. 

The Shea design team developed a new brand identity, including a new 7500 Flying Cloud Drive logo that was applied to the exterior signage, giving the building a stronger position that differentiated it from the other office complexes in the area. Shea also applied the fresh identity to new directories and tenant signage within the building. In addition, Shea updated the interior public spaces with furniture and finishes that helped to modernize the space and reflect the new brand.

Immediately following the updates, Ryan leased all but 13,000 square feet which led them to place the building on the market. In 2006, Ryan sold the property to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $31.2M.
