American Bank
American Bank
American Bank wanted to create a strong brand identity among its branches in the Twin Cities, and the bank turned to Shea for help with two branch locations, St. Paul Midway and Inver Grove Heights. The main focus for the St. Paul branch was to maintain the architectural integrity of the original design, while implementing 21st century elements. For the Inver Grove Heights branch, Shea needed to
complete an entire interior and exterior remodel, focusing on consistency in the finishes.
Exterior refurbishment of the St. Paul branch included tuck pointing the marble facade and erecting a 120-foot glass curtain wall on the north side of the structure. In Inver Grove Heights, Shea developed an exterior design that implements stone, brick, and classical traditional detailing with columns and arches. The interior features this same traditional detailing, along with increased space in the reception area and additional offices and conference rooms.
American Bank also partnered with Shea to refresh their brand image and develop a cohesive marketing communications template. This included a new marketing template that established color palette, key message system and graphics standards. These elements were extended into materials including brochures, folders and letterhead.
