CSM Corporation moved their corporate headquarters from St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis, in a multi-tenant office building adjacent to the Milwaukee Road Depot. Shea was challenged to create an environment using updated materials and finishes that would integrate the company's existing contemporary art collection. The new space incorporates cherry and maple wood tones, and stone, slate and limestone add a natural feel to the space. The overarching goal was to create an efficient workspace and employee-focused environment.
