This growing company was moving to a new space because of a need for additional square footage. Since they were starting fresh, they wanted to update their design. The client wanted a space that was classic and conservative with open common areas and lots of natural lighting.

Shea worked with them to create a fit plan that met their functional and growth needs. Shea then facilitated the design and build-out of the new space. High grade finishes were used throughout including upholstered walls, custom furniture and solid wood flooring.
