The Galleria is an upscale shopping center in Edina, Minnesota. Shea has been a partner to owner/landlord Gabbert and Beck for several years, assisting with overall shopping center design and tenant issues.

Shea's myriad of tasks include tenant reviews, site audits, lease outline documentation, directory/map maintenance, common area updates (including furniture, finishes, signage and graphics) and store design on behalf of the landlord.

The relationship with Shea has helped Gabbert and Beck maintain a superior set of standards for the shopping center which continues to be an alluring destination for upscale tenants, including Tiffany, Crate & Barrel, CBGB and Pottery Barn, as well as the area's affluent mix of consumers.
