After 25 years of rapid growth, Lawson Software needed a new World Headquarters. Shea provided research, planning, site selection and interior architecture services for the new corporate office in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Shea began by observing Lawson's existing facilities, then conducted a workplace survey and a series of ideation sessions to develop a clear vision for the new work environment. Most importantly, the finished product needed to provide a creative atmosphere for Lawson employees. Lawson's commitment to making its new home a place where people want to work is demonstrated in every aspect of Shea's design, from its engaging color palette and warm wood finishes to its flowing corridors, flexible work stations and unique blend of public and private spaces.  The overall image of the Lawson space represents the balance of a technology-forward company with family values, an emphasis on global presence and Minnesota roots.
