Shea was approached by a dentist looking to open his second office in an effort to serve patients in another part of the Twin Cities metro area. He partnered with two other doctors to construct a new building. The building contains two tenant spaces and a lobby area. The 5,800 sqauare foot dental clinic includes reception, offices, labs and patient treatment rooms.

Shea provided architecture services for the overall building and interior design services for the dental office. Shea provided finish selections, reception furnishings and ceiling/lighting design concepts as well as a review of main entry/public space finishes. The doctors and their staff and patients are very happy with the new space. Due to the success of the project, the partners are looking to build another office building on adjacent property.
