Tryg's
After 20 years, as the business at Nora's Restaurant in Minneapolis waned, Nora Truelson and son Tryg decided to close the doors. They tore down the existing structure and approached Shea to help them develop several revenue-generating options for their property. After looking at schemes for retail, office space and housing, they determined they would stick with what they do best and plan Tryg's, a new 7,000 square foot restaurant.
Shea provided concept, (including name, logo and identity) design and architecture for the new venue. Located in the heart of the popular Cedar-Isles-Dean Neighborhood, Tryg's offers great lake views, both from its expansive open-air patio as well as its glass-enclosed bar and dining room. The warm woods and stone utilized throughout the site reflect the natural surroundings.
